Dear Guest ~ Here are directions to Caney Creek Cabins:

From I-40 East, take exit 407 through Sevierville, to Pigeon Forge. Once in Pigeon Forge you will notice that all the traffic lights are numbered. Don't follow your (GPS) it will bring you in the longest way.Turn right at traffic light #10 (Conner Heights Road), continue for 1/2 mile. Turn left onto Rush Branch Road (you will see our sign) and continue for 1 mile. Turn right onto Caney Creek Road, continue for 1/2 mile, our office is located on the right.

From I-40 West coming through North Carolina, after passing the Tennessee Welcome Center, take the Foothills Parkway (Exit 443) if the Foothills Parkway is closed go on to (Exit 440) This will bring you to Highway 321 also, you will need to turn left and go approximately 2 miles, then highway 321 will turn right toward Gatlinburg (their will be a U.S.Post Office at this intersection). Follow highway 321 South into Pigeon Forge, turn left at thr first traffic light, it will be #10 (Conner Heights Road), continue for 1/2 mile. Turn left onto Rush Branch Road (you will see our sign) and continue for 1 mile. Turn right onto Caney Creek Road, continue for 1/2 mile, our office is located on the right.

CHECK IN is between 3 pm to 7 pm, please make arrangements for late arrivals. CHECK OUT is 11 am EST.

If you are arriving after 10pm your balance must be paid in full prior to arrival or keys will not be issued.

Please limit smoking to outside porches only, and pets are only allowed in "Pet Friendly" cabins! No cats allowed. Each guest vehicle must be registered at our office with vehicle tag information provided. Cabins are limited to the number of registered guests and their vehicles, all others will be towed. We reserve the right to change the reserved unit in the event of an emergency. Sorry, no refunds due to early departures or weather conditions. Balance is due upon arrival and is payable by credit card or cash only, please NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Sorry No Refunds due to early departue for any reason.

Your cabin is equipped with the following items: Bed linens, towels, bath soap, bath tissue, automatic dish detergent, liquid dish soap, paper towel, a starter pack of laundry detergent, and a starter pack of coffee.

NOTE: 50% of your total rental is due 14 days prior to your arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation's occuring 30 days or more prior to your arrival forfeit a 25% cancellation fee plus sales tax. Cancellations less than 30 days of arrival forfeit entire deposit. RENTAL AGREEMENT

After your initial one night deposit to hold your reservation, 50% of your total rental is due 14 days prior to your check-in day.

Tennessee Law (T.C.A. SEC 62-7-107) provides that procurring accommodations under false pretense (such as having more guests than stated) is a crime punishable by fine up to $500.00 and/or imprisonment up to 90 days. Our accommodations are privately owned dwellings with the furnishings. You are responsible for any damages or missing items that occur during your stay. Please report any damage to our office immediately. Each rentor is responsible for leaving the unit in order before checking out.

Pets are allowed in "Pet Friendly" units only and are subject to additional fees for cleaning and damage deposits. If a pet is found in a non pet friendly unit, you will be asked to vacate premises with no refund given. No cats allowed.

HOT TUB SAFETY INFORMATION: Please do not stand or sit on hot tub covers. Damaged to hot tub covers will incur a $350 charge. Hot tub covers should only be removed when the hot tub is in use. Please call if water level drops below the skimmer, a built in safety feature will shut off the heater and or hot tub completely. Please turn off jets when exiting your hot tub. Bathing before entering and after exiting will help keep tub clean & help to prevent allergic reactions to hot tub chemicals. Please check water tempature before entering, as hot tub temperature should be kept below 104 degrees. Do not add oil or soap products to water. Children must be supervised at all times while using the hot tub. Elderly person, infants, pregnant women, people with health conditions requiring medical care including infectious diseases SHOULD NOT use the hot tub. DO NOT consume alcohol, narcotics, or medication while using the hot tub. Should you experience nausea, dizziness or headache while using the hot tub, exit slowly and immediately cool the body. If you have any questions regarding the use and care of your hot tub please call the office @ 865-436-9091. NO PETS ALLOWED IN HOT TUB!

Check out is 11 AM EST. Before checking out, please load and start dishwasher and place soiled towels in one of the bathrooms. A minimum of $50.00 will be charged if excessive cleaning is required. Please return all keys to the office or leave them on kitchen counter. A $15.00 fee will be charged for all keys not returned. We are not responsible for items left behind after your departure. Each guest vehicle must be registered with our office. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed.

Smoking is limited to porches and decks. Since our cabins are located in secluded wooded areas, we ask you use extreme care when smoking and using charcoal. Please use ash buckets to extinguish all smoking materials.

I attest that to the best of my knowledge the above information is true. I understand that if I do not comply with the restrictions set forth in this rental contract, I will be asked to leave without refund. I understand that I am responsible for any missing items or damage incurred during my stay. Any missing items or damages incurred during my stay can be charged to my credit card. Sorry, No refunds due to early departure for any reason.
